Every production AI project we ran showed the same bottleneck: engineers spending 20–45 minutes per ticket manually copying data between systems that machines could query in seconds. We built Altor to automate that investigation — not as a product idea, but as a necessity we felt firsthand.

Started in AI research at Microsoft — building and shipping production AI systems across enterprise environments. Spent years watching brilliant support teams at B2B companies waste hours per ticket on what machines could do in seconds.
Every company had the same pattern: a customer reports a production issue, an engineer opens 4–6 browser tabs, manually queries ClickHouse, checks Linear for known bugs, verifies Stripe billing, and cross-references recent GitHub deploys. Twenty to forty-five minutes. Every ticket. Every time.
The data existed. The APIs existed. The bottleneck was purely that no system was connecting them automatically. Altor is that system.
